By creating an account with the BacklinksBuilder.com website (hereafter, "BacklinksBuilder.com"), I agree to abide by the terms and conditions specified in the Terms of Service Agreement (hereafter, "Agreement"):
Amendments
BacklinksBuilder.com may amend or modify this Agreement and that any such amendment or modification will be binding upon its placement on BacklinksBuilder.com's website or when sent to me by e-mail. Continued use of services will be considered acceptance of all terms in the amended/modified Terms of Service Agreement.
Multiple Accounts
I may control no more than one (1) non-business level account. I understand that if I am found to be utilizing multiple non-business level accounts all my accounts will be subject to immediate termination at the sole discretion of BacklinksBuilder.com, without refund.
Non-Transfer
BacklinksBuilder.com accounts may not be sold, traded, given away, or otherwise transferred to any other individual or group. I will be responsible for the actions of any individual or group of individuals using my account(s).
Service Level Liability
BacklinksBuilder.com assumes no liability for service disruptions for any reason, including, but not limited to: vandalism, theft, service outages, human error, or any other causes referred to as "Acts of God". BacklinksBuilder.com will, at it's sole discretion, refund credits lost due to service disruptions.
Termination
All services provided by BacklinksBuilder.com are without guarantee of accuracy. BacklinksBuilder.com may be terminated in part or whole for any reason at the discretion of it's owners/operators. I may terminate my own account(s) at any time, without expectation or guarantee of refund.
Paid Services
All BacklinksBuilder.com services purchased are final, and all services encompassed within BacklinksBuilder.com are without any guarantee of availability or accuracy.
Network Integrity
Any violations of system or network security are strictly prohibited. BacklinksBuilder.com will cooperate with law enforcement if criminal violation is suspected and when required by law.
Resource Usage
Any account(s) utilizing an excessive amount of server or network resources for a sustained period of time may be required by BacklinksBuilder.com to reduce usage to an acceptable level. BacklinksBuilder.com may take any necessary corrective actions towards account(s) to maintain network and server integrity and availability, including but not limited to: limitations placed on any account(s), and termination of any account(s).
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to provisions that would cause the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Further, should any part of this Agreement become unenforceable due to conflict with any law of the State of Michigan, the remaining provisions in the Agreement shall remain intact.
